"POWER" CARDS: Jawbreaker Mongul Taz Laughing Bubbles Super
Monkey Slam Libery Belle Slam
Ed, Edd, Eddy Decks The
Problem: JAWBREAKER {x3 to any neighboring Ed,Edd,Eddy}
possible other cards: -Ed Running (Y5) {+4 each Ed} -Edd (G6) {+2 for each prop} -Edd
in Shades (R9) -Dexter Dimwit (G1) {+3 to each Ed} -Rolf (S2) {+3 to each Ed}
My Solution: Ed, Edd, Eddy decks using a Jawbreaker are easy to counter, if you have a Jawbreaker
that is. Every deck I make has a Jawbreaker in it. If I'm playing and someone plays 1 or 2 Eds or the Jawbreaker itself in
their first hand, I will always play my Jawbreaker at the end (this is so they can't alter their gameplan). This will cancel
both Jawbreakers and swing the game in your favor. If you don't have a Jawbreaker, another option you may try is using a Ed
Running instead. Because he gives a +4 bonus to the other Eds he is used a lot, cancel it and it will cost them 23-29 points,
which MAY be enough to squeek by with a win.
JL/Hero Decks The Problem: MONGUL (S3) {+5 for each neighboring hero}
possible other cards: -Legion (R6) {x2 to Superman} -Superman (G10) -Batman (G7) {-5
if opposing card is not a hero} -Watchtower (S2) {+3 to any JL member} -Jim Gordon (S2) {+2 to all heroes} -Green
Lantern (G5) {turns neighboring card green} -Aquaman (P2) {+3 to all green cards} -Steel (S1) {+2 to all green cards}
My Solution: So many possibilites here that can be used. But the one card that seems to be used
the most is the Superman because it can get ANY of the bonuses: +3 to geen, +2 to green, +3 to JL, +2 to heroes, +5 neighoboring
heroes. So by playing a lower valued card, Superman Unchained (Y2) they LOSE at least 20 points, maybe more. While your Superman
Unchained will get the +3 JL and +2 hero bonuses. Another option is to cancel the Mongul out, which will cost them at least
23 points.
Animal Decks The
Problem: TAZ (R3) {+5 to each neighboring animal}
possible other cards: -Boo Boo (G1) {+3 to all animals, +5 if Yogi is in play} -Yogi (G1)
{+3 to all yellow cards} Cindy (G) {+10 if next to Yogi} -Scooby-doo (R10) -Scooby-dee (O5) {x2 to any Scooby-doo}
My Solution: The card I decided to concentrate on is the Scooby-Doo (bonuses:+3,+5,x2=28 points).
By playing a lower valued card, Hiding Scooby (Y3) you will cancel out their Scooby-doo and they LOSE 28 points. While your
Hiding Scooby will receive the Boo Boo, Yogi and Scooby-Dee bonuses:+3,+3,x2=12.
Power Puff Girl Decks The Problem: LAUGHING BUBBLES
possible other cards: -Buttercup with Snowball (B10) -Buttercup Frowning (B7) -Buttercup
Fighting (B6) -Blossom (10) -Blossom Landing (P9) -Blossom with Bunny (04)
My Solution:
Dexter's Lab Decks The
Problem: SUPER MONKEY SLAM
possible other cards: -Dexter's Dad (R4) -Dexter's Mom (S3) (+10 if next to Dexter's Dad} -Mom
Droid (S3) (+10 if next to Dexter's Dad} -Dee Dee Monster (Y10) -Dexter(B10) -Lisa the Babysitter (S3) {x2 to any
Dexter}
My Solution: The card I decided to concentrate on is the Dexter (bonuses:x2,x2=30 points). So
by playing Dexter Gezzer(O4) you cancel out their Dexter and they LOSE 30 ponts. While your Dexter Gezzer will receive the
Supermonkey and Lisa bonuses:x2,x2=12.
Female Hero Decks The
Problem: LIBERTY BELLE SLAM (O5) {+4 to all female heroes}
possible other cards: -Bubbles Laughing (O5) {+6 to any -Buttercup and Blossom} -Blossom
with Bunny (O4) -Buttercup with Snowball (B10) -Buttercup Fighting (B6) {+1 for each villan in play}
My Solution:
What is "gToons"? "gToons" is the name of Cartoon Orbit's
digital trading card game. (The individual cards themselves are also called "gToons.") Like cToons, gToons are collectible
cards featuring Cartoon Network characters and shows. gToons, however, also have colors, point values and powers that come
into play during gToons games.
Where do I get gToons? gToons can be purchased with Orbit
Points under "Buy Cards" in the Collect section. You can buy them individually or in gToons Packs of six each, which also
give you the chance to win rare "Slam" gToons. You can also acquire gToons through special promotions, auctions or trading.
What are "Slam" gToons? A Slam gToon is just what it sounds
like--a powerful gToon that packs a punch when played during a gToons game. The only way to get a Slam gToon (besides auctions
and trading) is inside a gToons Pack, which you can get under "Buy Cards" in the Collect section. Each time you buy a gToons
Pack, you have a chance to win the Slam gToon.
What's the difference between "rank" and "rating"? Each
time you play gToons, the outcome of the game affects your overall rank. However, it isn't just a matter of wins and losses.
Orbit's computers use a fancy formula (with, like, math and stuff) that takes into account your opponent's rank, the strength
of your decks and other factors to figure out your rating. This rating is what determines your overall rank. Ranks are
updated once a day, so changes in your rank might not be reflected right after you finish a gToons game.
How do I move up the ranks? The best way to improve your
rank is by playing someone with a rank close to yours. Defeating someone ranked much higher than you is a proud achievement,
but because your ratings are so far apart, the change to your own rating will be very small. Winning against a player with
a rating similar to yours means the change will be more significant and improve your chances of moving on up.
